Refund policy
1. Scope of Application
This policy applies to all consumers who purchase goods in the territory of EU member states and gives consumers the statutory right to "return goods within 14 days without any reason" under EU law.
2. Return Period
The consumer has the right to return the goods without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving them, without having to state the reason.
The return period starts from the day after the consumer signs for the goods.
3. Return Conditions
The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and retain its original labels and packaging.
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned item and will be credited to the original payment account.
Merchants may deduct direct costs (e.g. shipping costs) incurred as a result of returns, but must inform the consumer in advance.
5. Return shipping costs are beared
Merchant responsibility: If the product has quality problems or is shipped incorrectly, the merchant will bear all return shipping costs.
Consumer responsibility: In the event of a return without reason, the consumer is responsible for the return shipping fee (unless otherwise promised by the merchant).
6. Exchange Policy
Consumers can choose to exchange the goods (subject to the availability of the goods), and the exchange shipping fee rules are the same as those for returns.
The exchange cycle may be extended due to the inventory situation, and the merchant needs to communicate in advance.
7. Special Instructions
You need to contact customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning an item, as unauthorised returns may be rejected.
For high-risk goods (e.g. luxury goods), it is recommended to use trackable logistics and purchase insurance.
