Shipping policy

1. Delivery time
Standard order: Shipped within 5-7 working days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and EU holidays).

Delay Notification: If the delay exceeds the agreed time, the consumer must be notified by email/SMS within 24 hours with a new estimated shipping date or the option to cancel the order.

2. Transit time
Within the European Union:

Standard delivery: 20-40 working days (from the date of shipment, depending on the destination country).

Delays caused by force majeure (e.g. strikes, natural disasters) are not responsible, but the consumer needs to be assisted in tracking.

3. Delayed processing
If the shipment exceeds the promised time:

Consumers can contact customer service for inquiries or apply for a refund

4. Important
The shipping time does not include the customs clearance time (cross-border orders need to be stated separately);

Please check the outer packaging when receiving, and if it is damaged/missing, it will be rejected on the spot and taken for retention.
